Title: Need Assistance with Vendor

Hello

I placed multiple orders with a vendor.  The order was a local one and shouldn't have taken more than few days tops.  It has been 16 days since I placed my orders.  The vendor has gone into stealth mode and has not responded to any of my status requests.  At this point I would like to get a refund so I can place the order with another vendor.  I hope nothing bad has happened to the vendor, and i'm not looking to get the guy in trouble as he seems to be a good vendor.  If there was any communication I would be happy to wait, but with no responses, I have requested a refund.  What do I need to do to complete the request?  I appreciate any assistance.

I think you have to get it into resolution.  Which means you don't releas th funds after the 24 days or whatever it is.  It will then let you press resolution and you can work out a solution.  Also, sr staff will be MSG ing yu as well once you go into resolution mode.

Thank you JefiKnight.  I really appreciate the response/advice.  I believe the admins are taking care of my resolution requests.

As the post above said take it to resolution and state your case and ask for a 100% refund. If the vendor does not respond SR support will automatically give you a full refund.
