Any new buyer with less than 12 purchases and/or less than $300 spent on SR is eligible for escrow
protection on any order totaling $75 or less.(Shipping cost is not factored into this limit.)
[Veteran Buyers with good stats always enjoy full escrow]
For example, if a new buyer purchases a listing that costs $65 (before shipping), that order will be held in
escrow and you can finalize it after reciept of your order. (Please finalize within 48 hours of receipt of
order.)
However, if a new buyer's order total before shipping is greater than $75, then we must ask that you
finalize the order before shipping.
There is a ◇loophole◇ that you, the new buyer, can take advantage of. If you are a new buyer, you can place
one order under $75 and it will be protected in escrow. You can then place another order which is under $75
and that order will also be protected in escrow. You gotta love that. ☺
We will be checking buyer stats and buyer orders to validate their eligibility for escrow.

I have a question cm rep..
With the low rating u guys have, which is one of the lowest iv seen besides a few others, Why would u ask anyone to FE AT ALL?? until u prove yourselvs and get your ating up?
PPL do not like to even FE with well known vendors with 99 to 100 and last checked yours was 77...Only a newbie with NO clue what a rating system is would FE..
Thats kinda the wrong move IMO and im sure many of other SR Veterans will agree.

Ya, you mention escrow too much... confusing. .
It should be always there for all purchases. ?
If FE is a problem, you can always use tracking on all orders and confirm delivery was complete. No refunds or those orders that are complete as delivered. Simple.
If you require FE because you need the cash, SR has a loan system for vendors for that. Borrow some cash. You can also get a line of credit from credit card or whatever. . if you need cash flow to operate a vending account.
So, I'm not sure why vendors are scared of getting scammed by buyers.? There should be no other delivery options. Just tracked delivery to confirm the package made it to the mailbox. If it does - no refunds. In a dispute, the vendors only has to show the tracking details to prove the package made it. If it got snatched in the person mailbox after delivery, too bad. Call the cops for mail theft or get a better mailbox or buy a PO Box that is locked. Not the vendors problem. How else can a vendor be scammed? Also, vending / running a business assumes some loss. Its the cost of doing business. There will always be refunds and wasted products and unhappy customers.
I wanted to buy from you, but I'm confused about the escrow thing. I only use escrow. No exceptions. You are a new vendor and I'm still sketched out a bit by that. Its hard to get buyers to switch from their tried-and-true favorite vendors to a new, untested vendor. - Its asking alot actually... .think about it. You are asking people to take a risk and chance on you. You are asking people to step out of their safe zone to reach you.
A good promotion that could help is if you offer a deal on subsequent purchases. So, you demonstrate that the more often you buy from you, the better the deal gets incrementally. So, there is a sense of longevity and security that you are there for the long haul and worth considering as a vendor. Another thing, its a lot of work checking out a new vendor, Pages refresh slowly and check out all the listings and read the long and windy vendor profile page, and you have to add their PGP key to your ring . it all takes time. . . just to try out a new vendor.
So, a good question to ask is:
"What are you going to offer to sway me from my regular and trusted vendor I buy from, and try out you?"
The 20% sale is a good incentive. Good work.
Isn't marketing fun? Its hard to please customers and you can't make everyone happy.

FE is only for new buyers with low stats who buy over $75. Veteran buyers enjoy full escrow.
Let's face it, with a rating so low, new buyers would be tempted to take advantage and make a claim of bunk product. Having a DCN can't completely protect you from that.
And there aren't many vendors, established or new, that allow escrow for new buyers with low stats. They make those new buyers FE.

Well cem rep when uguys first started, i was sent meds for testing by cimicon and they were the xanax bars that said GG249 and they were bunk...I had my uncle who is a pharmacists over 20 years take some and confirm that for me...Half of one made me where i could not stay awake all weeknd no more than a hour..
Also if u go back to your product offers thread where cimicon sarted u will see other reported the yellow pure pac as no good..
I can give u a clearnet site showing the purepac bars u sent someone against real ones and show they are not the same...PURPAC only makes one size,color bar..
But other than that i know his Klonopin are good so are his valiums and Onax bars..And they did fess up and say they messed up and that takes a man and someone trying to ake things better so i respect you much for that..But the FE thing with your rating is UNHEARD OF... I mean someone could go hit report vendor and have the support read your feedback see your rating and suspend your vending if your not careful bro.. Im just telling u this cause iv seen it done. So im trying to warn u..I understand its for 75 bucks over and only for nwbies but everyone wants escrow..
Im a respected buyer and member and if your argument is newbies could claim its bunk, soo could members with over 35 orders like myself..But i have never ever give a bad review and never been scammed on product i bought soo iv had a go time on the road soo far..and allot of luck in contests..
Maybe if u r gonna keep the FE u can provide them a tracking # then ask FE?

Indeed, before I joined the team, that one item in question was indeed bunk. I don't dispute it.
As for our new special escrow policy, I'm not sure what you are taking issue with. A newbie can place, say, 3 orders under $75 and all 3 would be in escrow. What he does miss out on is the volume discount that comes with buying larger quantities. But in exchange to having to pay a little more, he gets 3 new orders added to his stats which gets him a few steps closer to never having to FE with any vendor again.
Seems like a decent plan, no?
As for DCN, we send all shipments with DCN. But we're not likely to give them out with each order. We never know who is LEO. And a sequence of DCNs could be useful info for LEO. That's why most vendors only reveal DCN in the event of a dispute.
Anyway, I'm here to try to turn things around. I want the people I work with to do right by this community and they are willing. The could have easily bailed out an started a new vendor account (like may have when things went south). But we are committed to SR. And there's no reason why we can't make amends with some of former buyers who were wronged other than not having their addresses anymore. But we have their names and can send them PMs which is something we plan on doing. So you may see our vendor rating improve suddenly in the coming days and weeks.

well it sucks ass that I made a deposit 2 days ago and bitinstant has sayd the delays will be caught up monday.
