Welcome to Cimicon's RX shop.

This is the customer service liason for Cimicon's RX shop. We will be handling communications between Cimicon and assisting with issues and questions related to orders and potential business.

Just wanted to say, you guys run a great business plan.  Customer service rep helping people in the forums?  Awesome idea.  You can walk people through all the steps to get to your page and buy stuff, answering questions along the way...smart.
A lot of vendors could learn from you guys.  Having someone dedicated to customer service is great.  Stuff like this makes me want to buy buy buy with confidence.

I think an applause is in order.  Good job for reaching out to the customers and newbies.

cimicon has a lot of explaining to do. I'd love you as the cs rep to PM me about my order from 1/20, I'd love a explaination, as would lots of others. Percs, fast shipping, in transit 1/24 from the USA. Any of that sound familiar? Anyway, those orders not cancelled are still sitting in resolution as of this morning. I can't get on SR right now, so maybe something's changed, but a public explanation might go a long way. For your reference, here's lots of post relating to the subject, and many other issues:

Absolutely plan on addressing all concerns especially the issue surrounding the Percocet orders that were cancelled and those that weren't and are in resolution for failure to ship while still in escrow.

I only ask for a bit of patience so that I can generate 50 posts in order to address issues in the main forum.

We're trying our best. Had some issues at startup with supply and demand and overwhelming customer response. There is also a need for better communications with customers that we're trying to address.

I am also a benzo seller but I am based in India. A place that is potentially a benzo heaven. Checkout my listings ,if you like something we can workout a deal where you can sell my products domestically.

We would have to verify the authenticity of your product. We do not wish to engage in counterfeit meds. Only name brand and respected generic brands med.

And you will get one. I just ask the you bear with us while we get this account past the 50 post threshold.

We sincerely apologize that we were unable to deliver the product you ordered and that your funds were unavailable to you while they were held in escrow. But we are pleased that you were refunded and suffered no loss of funds. This is why we wish to transact via escrow rather than have customers finalize early.
