There has to be a solution for this, otherwise TOR bundle is pure garbage. . . someone should let the TOR people know that there is a flaw in their software and its volnerable to attacks. They should've accounted for this type of attack (or maybe they did). . . This makes TOR useless it was designed to provide people with a means to speak out without being forced to be quiet. Now, we see that freedom of speech can be controlled by others. Any government can use the same attack to shut people up using TOR. Its a dark day for mankind and liberal freedoms. This jeopardizes the entire TOR concept. Whats the purpose of onion sites then, if they can be censored so easily?Any chance that the government or anyone has asked the TOR developers to write in a way to stop a rouge site or person- and now they are using it to stop this site? Rollback the TOR software version to a previous version to see if a recent update has made an attack possible, or maybe it was possible all along and nobody exploited it yet? I think TOR is behind this in some way.My guess is:- the US military is testing out their new toys on us. We are a testing website now for attack tools. A fun challenge for others to attack. They got the go ahead to cripple the site, or use it as a training tool.- Internet warfare using brute force on enemy targets on the internet. SR is a threat to American economy and conservative social views. Its a fairly legit reason to attack us using military grade networking gear designed to cripple enemy networks. - People at TOR were asked to provide a means of stopping rouge websites on TOR in the name of national security. They had a method all along, or just created one.Libertarian views are taking a hit.
