Title: Correcting a Listing Title
Post by: incubusdriver on September 28, 2013, 09:15 pm
I made a typo in one of my listing titles, which considering the service I provide, reflects on me very negatively.

I would just scrap it for a new listing, but don't want to lose the positive feedback associated with it (I've only just set up shop and every order counts!).

I've searched the forums, and found an answer that suggests listing titles may not be changed if it means the product is different - but seeing as this would be the same product, only with a spelling error corrected... do you think it may be possible to edit?

Thanks in advance :-)

I 'think' you are going to have to scrap the listing but alternatively you should send vendor support a message to see if the typo can be fixed or not.

Ace - appreciate it SameSame

I'll keep it up until I hear back from support. It's just really irritating, because the word I slipped on has been spelled correctly everywhere else except the only god-damn uneditable place!

Again, thanks for the advice.

A painful irony under the circumstances given the services you offer ;)

Hope you get it sorted mate.
