Title: Cash point ATM Hack...
Post by: hotcrossbuns on April 18, 2013, 01:05 pm
What do we reckon guys does this seem legit?

Has anyone tried and knows this work, it seems like such a dumb idea..
Due to cameras, and the fact you need to use a bank card...

plus the machine needs to have been left on its Default setting..

I managed to find what ever information he was selling with a google search.
I'm not sure if it's legit or not though, haven't got the balls.

This is legitimate, though it will be very hard to find an unsecured ATM. As with any 'dodgy' behaviour your identity should be sufficiently concealed in order to negate the risk that cameras pose, and you should be using an anonymous debit card, not your own bank card

Those cards are easily purchased on Silk Road, and I can highly recommend the vendor 'danknugsdun' if you are wishing to purchase anonymous reloadable debit cards for any purpose.

They can be loaded via IBAN transfer, or danknugsdun can load them for you directly for Bitcoin; the fees they charge for loading are available on their profile under the "***********CARD FEE SCHEDULE***********" heading.

According to the 'News' section of their profile they are not accepting orders at the moment due to a system crash, but they will be back up and running by mid next week:

"18/04/13 - Our main system has decided to shit itself so we don't have access to any of our data and PGP keys so we are not processing any orders at this moment in time. We will be back up by mid next week! Sorry for any delays caused!"

I actually purchased this awhile ago, the price was not as high as it is now though unless he switched something, I paid about $30 and the description is the exact same as the one I bought from same vendor I am pretty sure (id have to go back and double check my PM's)

I have the documents saved on a USP stick, not sure if it's against SR rules to discuss something that costs money to have knowledge of and pass it on for free but like pretty much like another poster said, you can find a majority of the stuff on google, this ATM hack is dependent on finding 2 ATM brands specifically and they have to be at default settings

Silk Road is an agorism based free market; as a result you are free to purchase products and offer them for sale yourself (if you have a vendor account, in order to comply with SR rules), or disseminate them freely if you so wish.

You would be completely within your rights to post the guides here in their entirety, though you'll probably get some flak from the vendor for doing so. Again though, it's a free market and as long as you're not asking for payment the vendor would just have to deal with it.
