Title: SR Support Please Respond from Scam
Post by: hugesmiles on April 13, 2013, 03:07 pm
I am trying to resolve an issue; the vendor was banned,  EJDirect, but i cant cancel my order. I would like to get my bitcoins out of Escrow as soon as possible. SR Support has yet to respond to any of my messages, and EJDirect never responded to any of my messages either, so I have no knowledge of my order ever being sent besides the fact that he marked it in transit at 3 am so that I could FE. The TX# was  086b2ffea2. It would be greatly appreciated if i could hear back from SR Support ASAP to resolve this.

You state that you want to get your Bitcoin out of escrow, but later state that the vendor marked it 'in transit at 3 am' so you could FE. Did you finalise the order? If so, your funds are no longer in escrow as the Silk Road system considers your order to have been received and the transaction completed satisfactorily as attested to by you finalising the deal.

If you did not finalise and instead took the order to resolution and requested a 100% refund, your BTC will be refunded when an administrator gets around to reviewing your particular order in the resolution center. DPR has stated that there is currently a 48 hour backlog with SR Support so when they get around to your place in the queue your issue will be dealt with.

As an aside, do not bombard SR Support with messages. One message is enough; they will respond to it when they get the time to do so.

OP, please pay special attention to this.  Also, did you finalize or did you not finalize?

I apologize for that. I had checked for such issues before posting and been unable to find a post stating such. Secondly no, I have not finalized.

Contacting support is all you can do at the moment - when they're able to, they'll get back to you or they might just return your coins without actually responding to the message.  Either way, it sounds like they are particularly busy at the moment, so you'll just need to be patient and know that you WILL receive your refund as soon as they are able to get to it.
