Title: CasperGomez, ukash?
Post by: Asal88 on January 25, 2013, 06:00 pm
Anyone had any experience with CasperGomez?

I want to buy BTC with ukash.

Alternatively can anyone reccomend any other good traders?

No experience with him but also interested! Could be just a vendor trying to cash out, or a scam, who knows.
His vendor account just redirects to a field to message him, so I guess he shut it down or something?

Might try his services tomorrow with a few low value vouchers.

Yes I just noticed today that it appears he is no longer a seller, hey may still be active though.

This means that the vendor's vending privileges were revoked for breaching the terms of the Seller Contract, most likely as a result of scamming people out of their UKash vouchers.

I would recommend using the following clearnet trader for your UKash to Bitcoin needs, obviously mentioning nothing about Silk Road or your intended use for the coins:

Do NOT send anything to CasperGomez.

Thanks for the info, just tried that link you gave. Was quick and easy, but a little pricey.

Hey Casper Gomez is till operating, i exchanged some UKASH the other day. Just message him. I asked him why hes lost his seller account, he says because he was doing buisness through his inbox and not making people select his listings he was deemed suspicous. Been using him for months though so hes safe. hope ive helped. Oh ive tried mercabit, hes good but expensive, casper doesnt charge fees.

I wonder how he doesn't need to charge fees

not a clue think he wants to sell cola again and use the ukash to gain trust. thats wot he sed when he first appeared b4 xmas. he says hes saving to get a vendor account again but its shot up to about $500 so will be few weeks then will charge a small listings fee for ukash exchanges
