Every time I try to use the search function I get this "Your last search was less than 5 seconds ago. Please try again later."

Search is working, it's just that we all share the same IP address (127.0.0.1) due to using TOR.

I don't think that is the reason because we don't all have the same IP address. I think that's just a forum default setting. We all have different IP addresses depending on what relays we're coming from. The thing is that SRF is a popular part of the darknet, so if you have several hundred people on a forum, the odds of two people appearing to be coming from the same relay increases over time (it is similar to the probability analogy of the birthday problem). I think what the forum software defines as a "search" isn't necessarily just Search, it's any lookup of posts with any specifying criteria, so that would trigger the alert more frequently than you'd initially suppose. It could also be something else entirely. But it's not that we have the same IP address. If that was true we'd all be receiving each others information.

you're both wrong :P
but that's besides the point
the setting should be turned off in the administration panel! It is not intended for this purpose!
