How do I set up my vendor account?  Where do I go to start selling?

If you can't even figure out how to become a vendor, I dread to think of how you would handle your security and the security of your customers. You have a LOT more reading to do before you even THINK about becoming a vendor.  :o

Agreed. Vending is not for you. I'll give you a hint. You do not sign up to vend on the forums here......
