You've contributed nothing so far to this community, yet you expect the community to contribute something to you.
Buy a couple of Bitcoin more than you need for your order next time to allow for Bitcoin price/value fluctuations.

Yeah he's hoping multiple people will send him .2 btc, and then he can disappear. Probably a sock puppet of another user.
You should always buy at least 1 extra BTC before making purchases, that way you can account for the Fees and fluctuation.
