Title: My order history is truncated

I'm trying to get some info on an order that I FE'd on early per vendor requirements but my "order history" is only going back 6 transactions and to Sept 12th.  I can edit my comments on the order from when I FE'd but am unable to get the transaction number.

my order stats say:

"Total transactions: 5"

but I've actually had 2 additional that are not listed, as well as 2 or 3 deposits...

Yes, I can see my feedback but not the order info for my older transactions. So, for example I have an order that I FE'd early  per vendor page but it still hasn't arrived. If, soon I need to contact the vendor I wont have the transaction ID, hehce how could I get refund/reship?

how long does your order history go back (date or # of transactions):

mine is only showing mid sept and missing 2 transactions....

Hello shatak,

Your "order history" is only available for 7 days, if I recall correctly. It may be 12 - there's a little confusion about this, but it's one or the other. You cannot get the transaction # for an order once it's been removed from your Account History, but if you message SR Support with the date, time, vendor and amount of the transaction, they may be able to help you. They are incredibly busy though, so for future orders simply message yourself the transaction details (including the transaction number) and you'll have all the information at hand should a problem arise with your order.

Also, it is HIGHLY recommended to stay within the protection of the escrow system for your own protection.

Thanks for the info.  I'm in exactly the same situation and don't have the transaction # of an old order which I FE'd, and hasn't shown up.   Fingers crossed it will get here soon, so I don't have to go down that road....

Good to know others are also having this problem.

Thankfully I've now got the 10 perfect transactions necessary to avoid FE from most vendors.
