Title: Need a little help! please!

OK so I have some coins in my TorWallet im trying to send to my SR account. Every time I try to send them I keep getting a message saying "Hot wallet exhausted. Please wait while we move coins in from our offline wallet.". It's been over a day now and they also haven't returned my e-mails. Anyone know whats up?
