Just out of curiosity, how does someone get a verifiable IQ test?

Unfortunately good ol' Perky couldn't provide proof that he's taken it without releasing his identity, which quite frankly nobody here should find out because - regardless of the people he scammed coming after him - the entire forum would want to chase him down just to get him to shut the fuck up and stop posting here! :P
