Title: please cancel my order

Hey y'all. Is it just me, or is there a reason why I can not cancel an order that has been made, but is still marked "processing"? I mean the cancel button is there to click on, buy only highlights the word when I try to click it. Any help pls?

Vendors have up to 4 days from the date and time of ordering to process the order and mark it in transit. If it is not marked as 'in transit' by the end of this 4 day period you will be able to cancel your order by clicking the 'cancel' button, which for now is inaccessible as it has not been 4 days.

Thanks man. I guess I might be stuck with it. I sent a message to vendor, so I hope it'll get cancelled then.

You're very welcome.
Some vendors will cancel the order if they get your mail on time and haven't packed it yet, but other vendors don't allow cancellations until the 4 days have passed and the buyer cancels it themselves. Best of luck with it anyhow, I hope everything works out for you.

I was going to remove this post, as the vendor responded and cancelled it for me. If the mods wanna close or remove it they can. My reason for leaving it is for the simple fact that grahamgreene put up very useful knowledge and maybe someone else finds it as helpful as I did.



There are some Very good vendors here on the Road. The crappy ones get weeded out fast. Rinran is one of the best! He didn't have to cancel it. Thanks again Rinran.

Just a follow up to the OP post....so lets say I have had an order sitting in limbo for the four days and I decide to cancel my order. Does my correspondence get deleted from the vendors account, mainly interested in the shipping information given at checkout. Obviously it could be written down, but Im wondering if any information on the transaction would linger on SR.

Wow, then I must be a very large rule breaker as I search the forum all of the time. I would have for this problem too, but I was in a Huge hurry. Sometimes it's better to ask and have the answer when ya get back.

I dunno about my key. I just copied it and pasted it. I've never used my own key on myself, but it's the same as the vendors I work with. I am new to the super secret spy stuff :)
Thanks for letting me know there's an issue with it. I'll try to fix it.
