My business revolves entirely around calculated risk though so I'm happy enough risk-wise to assume that his IQ falls below 70 into the 'mentally deficient' category. His level of comprehension in the Chronic Crew thread convinced me of that, so I decided to be more realistic with a score of 60. I honestly don't think he has an intelligence level higher than a 4 year old child, but it'd also be fairly impossible for him to produce a verifiable IQ test so my money is pretty safe.. That being said, I can almost guarantee he's Googling the shit out of 'verifiable IQ tests' right now. ;D Anything for a few free BTC, eh Perky? 8)

lol... I bet he is.. i'm sure if I spent two minutes i'd find someone who could administer the test who is accredited and what not and come back with some leads for him.... but I dont want to make it easy!...
On the other hand,.. I believe this is all an act.. and If im correct you gotta at least have an IQ of 60 to pull off this shit.. plus from what I heard about some of his other "confidence scams" is that he was very convincing and came off legit.. To be able to do that and then come here and act like a fool shows me he has different ideas and scams running through his head and as such must have an IQ over 60..

Perhaps, but the problem would be with verification as anybody could take the test and claim that it was Perky that took it! It would be an exercise in logical fallacy, hence my reasoning that my 100 BTC are safe and sound. :P
I think the people who claim they've been scammed by Perky were incredibly naive, and would also have to be rather.. well.. stupid. :-\ I mean can you honestly see anyone with a modicum of intelligence literally giving their money away to a completely anonymous entity when they have nothing but that person's word that they'll be paid? It's the same as a complete stranger coming up to you on the street and telling you they'll go around the corner and bring you back a Rolex if you'll give them $1000. Most people would decline, but you'll always get some people that will accept such an offer and never see their money again, nor the promised Rolex!
It is very easy to lead a fool off a cliff with the promise of piles of money at the bottom of it. It's much harder to lead a smart man off a cliff with the promise of money at the bottom of it as he would deduce that even if there ARE piles of money at the bottom, when you've fallen off the cliff they're worth absolutely nothing to you.
It's the same idea with people who get scammed by those promising an exchange but who run off with money. A person of intelligence would not fall victim to such scams as they wouldn't be so naive, and would know better than to trust the promises of a complete, untraceable stranger.
Perky is a fool scamming other fools!
I wouldn't call myself a 'betting man' per se, but I do enjoy a little uncontrollable risk from time to time. Unfortunately where Perky is concerned the risk is entirely controllable as an idiot's next moves - when one employs logic to deduce the most likely scenario - are all too easy to anticipate. :(
Poor Perky.. I genuinely feel sorry for him. He tries and tries and tries, and yet his entire scamming accomplishments apparently amount to just $1000 over the past 6 months! I know of panhandlers that make that much in a couple of days!! :o Perky, a little advice: go get yourself a long overcoat and a prosthetic leg. Bend the leg into an awkward position and go sit on a sidewalk near a store with high footfall and customers who will have small change when they leave. Somewhere that sells groceries is perfect! Wear a pained expression on your face and some tatty clothes and you'll make enough to actually be able to buy your own Bitcoin, it'll keep you off the forums for a couple of hours a day AND you'll still be able to sit there content with the fact that you're actually scamming people out of their money on the sidewalk. You get to scam, we get some peace and quiet around here, and the people you're scamming feel like they've done a good deed. Everyone's a winner.
Either that or you can go play in some traffic. Hell why not do both!! :)
