Title: How to become a seller?

So I read the wiki and the forum to find that information, but didn't find any.  I want to start selling on this forum - how do I start?  I assume I need to pay a fee to the admin?

Thanks for the link - great information there.  However, I cannot find my account page, where the link to buy a vendor account is?  I don't see this link at the bottom of the page...

Why help at all really? If he can't make it to that point.... can you imagine what kind of vendor we are in store for here?

I feel for every vendor that goes south, messes up, packs crappy, rips people off or is just plain stupid it reflects to the buyers as "ALL" vendors.

not directly of course, but some silly vendor rips someone off and then that buyer is more hesitant to purchase from anyone. Im having a hard time fueling this fire anymore.

I do not feel that was quick at all. If you can't find a link in front of your face, you are already a liability.

I would have to agree with Shroomeister on the above points.

If you haven't got the wherewithal to find the 'become a seller' link on your Account page, it stands to reason that it's highly unlikely you'll be able to wrap your head around the security measures and cashing out procedures that are necessary for becoming a secure, successful Silk Road vendor.

I, for one, would feel incredibly uncomfortable placing an order with a vendor who couldn't even find the main Silk Road page (as is evident by the fact that you wanted to "start selling on this forum"), and couldn't even effectively utilise the Search function in order to find the necessary information. Shocking stuff.  :o One wonders what your security practices would be like where buyer's information is concerned...

Here are some of the answers to your next questions; in order:


1) $150.

2) Yes that much.

3) No you only pay it once

4) They take a percentage.

5) Depends on how much the item cost, but it starts at 10%

6)At the Post Office

7) .45 cents.

8 ) everyday except Sunday

9 )No, I would not do that.

10) There are better ways.

11) No one on the forum is going to answer that question, you will have to figure it out on your own.  ::)
