If you still need to contact SR Support after reading the information in the Sticky, go to any page on the main site and click the "contact us" link in the very bottom right hand corner.

Thanks,but I don't see a contact link anywere.Also when I go back to check the refund it shows it was applied to my balance but it wasn't.

You have to go over to the main Silk Road site (http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion); if you scroll down the homepage to the very bottom you'll see a "contact us" link in the bottom right corner.

As far as your refund issue goes, I wouldn't know anything about what's going on there, sorry.
