my pin is not working for some reason, i just put bitcoins into my account and i am trying to order something. what can i do?

I'm having the same problem, I've bought plenty of things on here without a problem, but within the past day when I tried to enter my PIN it said that it was incorrect. After 5 attempts I'm now (basically) locked out of my account for a week. Fuck. :-\

Why can't you new folks either do a search of the forums or else just read the damn Stickies?!

Funnily enough, it's under the "The Infamous PIN" heading, which might give you a clue as to why I seem like I got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning.
Next time you have a problem, USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION. It's there for a reason! People aren't going to go around holding your hands forever.
