I would advise you to stay away from blindluck and anything he encourages you to put your money into; he's had his forum account banned before for selling BTC without a vendor's account, and exhibits scamming behaviour in the forums.

If you're looking for medical grade weed at a reasonable price, it would be helpful to know what country you're in. A number of US / Canadian vendors that sell domestically have excellent weed at good prices, whereas Europe is a little lacking in that regard.
