I'm unable to get the login page, could not establish a connection.. is it only on my end?

Jesus newbies is it that hard to use the search function in the top right hand corner?!  >:( If you can't connect, a quick search will tell you what you need to do, namely hit the "Use a new identity" button in the Vidalia Control Panel - a couple of times if needs-be - and if that fails, shut down and restart TOR.

Sorry for losing it here but seeing the exact same thread at least 4 times a day is getting really annoying. The search function. USE IT.
