Title: Cheapest clearnet cigs?

Where is the cheapest reliable place on the clearnet to buy cigs?
cheapest i found was 3.25$ per pack at http://special.mcity4.com (including shipping)

Only's clearnet site, www.cigs.eu is your best bet, and you can buy with Bitcoin.

It's the cheapest in the sense that you're not going to be losing money by getting ripped off. There are a LOT of online tobacconists that don't send out packages at all when you've paid for them - why not go with one that has an excellent reputation?

Also, taking Marlboro Red as an example:
At the site you provided the cost is $3.25 per pack, with $6 shipping. Cigs.eu charge $2.95 per pack, with $9.79 shipping. For a carton (10 packs) there is a price difference of $0.79 overall for a carton; I would consider that a very small price difference considering that you're not going to get ripped off with cigs.eu.
