If I understand your post correctly, it has been a week and djabbar still hasn't given you the tracking number. You agreed to these terms when you placed your order, so you have no reason to complain yet.

I'm only a regular Silk Road user, just like you. I can't do anything, and neither can the forum moderators. The only thing you can do is wait until 10 days have passed and djabbar will give you the tracking number then.
Did you Finalize Early on your order with djabbar (did you already release the payment from escrow?) If you did, and your product does not arrive, you cannot get your money back. If you did not finalize early, you can bring the issue to the "Silk Road resolution center".
Relax, stay calm, and don't worry about it until after 10 days have passed. When djabbar gives you the tracking number, then you'll know what is happening with the package.
