Anyway, I have been trying to look for someone online for the past couple of months and found its pretty hard in Australia. Most websites seem to more focused on the American market. Anyway I would really really like to find this person for nothing bad of course.
The details I have.
His mobile number,
His first name,
Where he works/Hangs out,
Possibly where he lives, not 100% if its his place or his friends.
I have tried a bunch of search engines and combinations to use the data I have more effectively for searches, so far nada. I was reading about and considering buying some gear online for rfid tracking and pinging but don't know if I want to invest 2 grand into chasing someone over something so minor.
Any Ideas?

Call his mobile?
Call round to where he works / hangs out and ask for him?
Call round to the house that may be his or his friends and ask "does anyone know where I can find X-person?
