you might not be looking to scam, but paying by paypal or western union you are indeed making payments traceable, which is why you're having no luck - no vendor in their right mind is going to sort you out if it's possible to trace where your money is going.

you have 2 options from here:

get used to bitcoins (there is no syncing involved - you buy bitcoins and spend them here - simples) or make do with your real life suppliers.

if any vendor is bored of their freedom i'm sure they'd hook you up in a second using PP or WU

Use W.U. to buy Bitcoins, then buy on the Road. Simples.

Yeah isn't this why that place called The Farmers Market got turned over? I just read about it on another thread that they did western union and paypal and got shagged coz of it.

Any vendor stupid enough to do this shit deserves to get busted. Its against the rules for a reason.
