It is supposed to be there if the user copied the address from onion.to.Furthermore, accessing Silk Road via onion.to whilst using TOR will not reveal your IP address, it simply makes things load more slowly as the traffic is routed through more relays. The opposite is a security risk though; accessing Silk Road or any other .onion site through onion.to with your regular browser means that the operators of onion.to can see your IP address, and may be logging it.- grahamgreene
