It may be 12 - there's a little confusion about this, but it's one or the other. You cannot get the transaction # for an order once it's been removed from your Account History, but if you message SR Support with the date, time, vendor and amount of the transaction, they may be able to help you. They are incredibly busy though, so for future orders simply message yourself the transaction details (including the transaction number) and you'll have all the information at hand should a problem arise with your order.Also, it is HIGHLY recommended to stay within the protection of the escrow system for your own protection.- grahamgreene
