It seems to be pretty much exclusively newbies experiencing PIN issues.1) ALWAYS make sure you're at the correct URL - silkroadvb5piz3r.onion2) Use a long and convoluted access PIN, not something like "drugs1234"3) Make your withdrawal PIN something very easy to remember, but not something easily guessed. The only way anyone could empty your account of coins is if they already have access to your account, bringing us back to point 2. Make your access code secure and your coins will be secure.4) The admins are incredibly busy, and with the huge surge in members over the past couple of weeks response times are going to be slow. If you've messaged support, wait it out. It's not their fault that you messed up your PIN (and this is the ONLY possible reason for PINs not working), but they WILL help you as soon as they get around to your support message.- grahamgreene
