hi guy just looking for Sustanon test powder and Oxycontin powder. does anyone on SR sell test or Oxycontin in powder form

There is no such thing as Sustanon Test powder, it's a blend of 4 separate testosterone powders. 

Test Decanoate
Test Propionate
Test Phenylpropionate
Test Isocaproate

You'd need to purchase all 4 powders in order to make Sustanon.

i understand that sustanon is a combination of 4 testosterones but some company's use to sell the powder already consisting of the mix of four powders. but really i would be happy with any testosterone in powder form preferably one with a longer active life such as Cypionate, Nonanoate, Decanoate or Undecanoate

I can offer an alternative of sustanon 250 vials if you want to convert.  I have a few that are properly stored.

Jaspershop has it (and many other AAS) currently listed.
Don't have experience with him yet.
Hope to be doing that pretty soon and will report on it then.

Be careful with jasper shop is a scam. He kept asking me to make payment via other method out of escrow. I think he has been removed from SR now.

Indeed i just read my messages on SR and he gave other means to contact him.
*sigh*

I hope steroid powder will be available soon here.
