He had amazing methylone and I had just received a rather large order from him. He told me he was going to be having a massive sale really soon then he just vanished. He was one of the largest RC vendors on SR for U.S. All his listings went down over night and it says he hasn't had activity since the 25th. Just wondering if he told anyone he was taking a break or if he's just gone, which wouldn't make sense because I he made me FE because the order was so large and my refund rate got screwed by evilution

I noticed he was gone too. He's on my favorite vendors list so he's just a click away... no listings. I hope he's ok because he's one of the best vendors I've worked with. When I was a newbie and short on coins he sent me my order ALONG with some free methylone.

I was in two group buy slots with him for over $2,000. I really fear this may have something to do with his disappearance. :(

That's what I'm thinking. He seems cool and $2000 simply isn't that much for a vendor of his status.
My only line of thinking is maybe that he wanted out anyway and he just wanted a bit more on the way out. There have been a few vendors that have gone out that way.
Really hope he comes back, it would suck to lose $2000. :-\

Hate to throw on the tin foil hate but tony's last scam had a thread about his up coming prices. In that thread he said "I am asking all of you to FE for this one, if you don't like it don't order, and remember if its to good to be true it probably is."
I wonder if davidd really did leave. He was an amazing vender though

Right from his status. Does anyone know if this was his status for a long time or did he just change it to that after he "went out of town?"

He may have needed a mental break. He required one earlier in the year. Likely, he'll update his SR profile page this week to reflect what the deal is.

I had ordered 50 g's right when he said group buy 10 and 11 were just completed and he would be having a sale for like 50g for only 500 bucks rather than the 100 he charged me. He made me FE and I still received package. He vanished the day after I got my package.I have a strong suspicion he is he got busted. possibly signing for the kilo packages from china that he probably ordered for the group buys.

I was thinking that too, but I didn't want to say it. There's always an inherent risk when receiving packages across borders.
If that's true, then I guess I'm happy with just losing $2,000. If that did happen, I'm really sorry davidd. :-\

You aren't the only one. he's holdin 1100 of mine. told me the mxe came in and was 40% pure so he's negotiating a resynth. I ask him how long he says he doesnt know, He says he will just give my coin back and avoid the hassle. I say I'll wait if its a matter of that but I need better communication. Haven't heard from him since.

Damn dude, looks like we got burned. I was thinking that he may have been busted but if he's saying he at least received something then he's probably fine. If they're doing a CD, normally you get raided shortly after the delivery takes place.
He's been reading all of my messages and just ignoring them. He's clearly active on the site but just isn't responding whatsoever.
I sure hope he comes to his senses... he seems like a good guy at heart.

You don't mean busted right? Just finished I hope. You don't have to answer me I just hate hearing stories of big operations getting busted because it usually means the next one will be shittier and more expensive. Plus I feel bad for the people, they just need the money.

I think what googleyed is saying is that davidd's source for methylone went dead and that's why he bailed out. It makes sense that foreign sources for the cathinones would be drying up, given that they are now schedule 1 in the USA.

I'd feel bad if I knew a vendor got busted too, but when they drop out with no explanation I just feel confused. Then when they show up again, logging in but not posting anything, I wonder if it's really them. Then I think it isn't, and then I feel really bad.

I spoke to him the other day on the road so he is still around. Can't comment further than that though.

I asked SR support about it and they said that there have been multiple reports of bulk buys from davidd being controlled deliveries. My guess is that he was importing these big orders from China, and one of his packages was intercepted and he was busted. He probably got a deal from LE in exchange for giving up some names.
His vendor status has been stripped, but I'm still afraid that he's going to go after people that have pending group buys.
If there's a lesson to be learned here, it's to not buy in bulk on SR. Even highly reputable vendors like davidd can be turned to the dark side. You really just never know if you're going to get the real thing or get handcuffed.

Thanks for bringing this to light. That's sad news.
I thought the SR process protected buyers by purging their names/addresses as soon as the order is processed. How does a bulk buy or a group buy differ in such a way that names are vulnerable? Or is it just that LE interrogates suspects with phenobarbitol until they recall what they wrote on the package?
I'm new here, and just trying to stay safe.

He was there a couple days ago when I had him favorited. He's been in stealth mode for about a month and a half.

I don't do RC's.. but I've only seen such good feed back on the Vendor.

Just goes to show the safety you people need to take.. especially when throwing your money into another person's hands
for a prolonged period of time. i.e Group buys and what not.
Either way, clean the house, and keep it chilla'.

I got more info on this, the person who gave me this info is from this forum but wishes to remain anonymous I have been given permission to relay this info on to you all -
I use to speak to davidd on a daily basis via other instant message means. From everything that I can tell and have been told by his close circle.
He was arrested Aug 21-22 when he went to pick up at LEAST a kilo of 2c-e. I believe his suppliers were busted as many chinese labs have been busted recently as a product of Operation Log Jam.
They confiscated his Laptop, We are not sure if LE mangaged to figure out his passwords or if he gave them up.
He gave out names of vendors who he had done business with etc. (They contacted me asking for an address to recieve "goodies") I had never done business with him on SR and did it through other means meaning that he likely gave up my name.
I'm telling you this because you're the most trusted member on the forum and seem to have some involvement and you can do what you want with this information, I did not want to post this on the forum because I did not want to try and associate myself with the whole situation. However, if you want to post it and say you got information from an anonymous source you may.

No no. You misunderstood what I said.
People send express packages and don't always waive the signatures..
So, if your Vendor says "Hey, be expecting to sign for that package." Then well, you know it's gonna be okay.
BUT, if your Vendor says, "Hey.. We waived the signature so you don't have to sign for your Express/Overnight package."
Then, the next day your Mailman/Woman says "Hey, we have a package you need to sign for."
But your Vendor just told you... there was no signature?? Could be a Controlled Delivery. WHO KNOWS... dun dun dun!

OP is still around. He went away on business for a couple weeks. He's back but focused on bigger problems right now.
