It's my birthday so I'll drop a tab upon awaking; after I'm done with familial bullshit; I'll drop more and more tabs till I can't take anymore. Sacrificing 4/20 smoking to keep my receptors clean and filled with seratonin!

Since LSD has been more expensive than I'd like, I think I might go with some 25i. Does smoking weed every day take away from the LSD experience?

Yes it does sir. Your brain uses at least one of the same receptors that each substance blocks.

April 21st is remembered as "Bicycle Day" because that when the first human being (Albert Hoffman, creator of LSD-25) ever tripped on acid... he rode a bicycle home from his lab because he was tripping too hard to maneuver an automoble.

4/19 is when he first ingested it. Felt weird effects but didn't really trip. Propaganda might have something to do with that mainstream date. I have Hoffman's written book, "LSD, My Problem Child" and here's the excerpt:

I doubt that I will be doing anything. It's on a Thursday this year and I've already taken enough days off work for upcoming shows and fests.

Bicycle day is 4/19, and he rode his bike home because it was during the war and there were restrictions on automobile use. ;D

Bicycle Day Celebration Blotter
Three days later, April 19, 1943, Hofmann performed a self-experiment to determine the true effects of LSD, intentionally ingesting 0.25 milligrams (250 micrograms) of the substance at 4:20 in the afternoon, an amount he predicted to be a threshold dose (an actual threshold dose is 20 micrograms). Less than an hour later, Hofmann experienced sudden and intense changes in perception. He asked his laboratory assistant to escort him home and, as use of motor vehicles was prohibited because of wartime restrictions, they had to make the journey on a bicycle. On the way, Hofmann’s condition rapidly deteriorated as he struggled with feelings of anxiety, alternating in his beliefs that the next-door neighbor was a malevolent witch, that he was going insane, and that the LSD had poisoned him. When the house doctor arrived, however, he could detect no physical abnormalities, save for a pair of incredibly dilated pupils. Hofmann was reassured, and soon his terror began to give way to a sense of good fortune and enjoyment, as he later wrote...
"... little by little I could begin to enjoy the unprecedented colors and plays of shapes that persisted behind my closed eyes. Kaleidoscopic, fantastic images surged in on me, alternating, variegated, opening and then closing themselves in circles and spirals, exploding in colored fountains, rearranging and hybridizing themselves in constant flux ..."
The events of the first LSD trip, now known as “Bicycle Day”, after the bicycle ride home, proved to Hofmann that he had indeed made a significant discovery: a psychoactive substance with extraordinary potency, capable of causing significant shifts of consciousness in incredibly low doses. Hofmann foresaw the drug as a powerful psychiatric tool; because of its intense and introspective nature, he couldn’t imagine anyone using it recreationally. Bicycle day is increasingly observed in psychedelic communities as a day to celebrate the discovery of LSD.

Supplement means he went back and added that comment on 4/21. The accidental ingestion occurred on 4/16 and the bicycle ride occurred on 4/19.

Aw man... At least I'm not ignorant enough to deny my mistake. You right, you right.. I just wanted my birthday to be speshul!!!! I guess sharing a birthday with Queen Elizabeth II will have to suffice.
