I have currently contacted DutchQualityBeans regarding his listing for a PSC/Ukash to Bitcoin transaction which doesn't have any additional fees. (Listing here: http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/index.php/silkroad/item/16027)
I am fairly new to Silk Road so I was wondering if anyone out there has had any past experiences transferring PSC/Ukash to BTC with DutchQualityBeans. I think everything will be fine but I am just slightly worried due to the non-existent fee and the specific vendor only having 89.5% positive feedback. (And I'm a new buyer so I would be a good target for selective scammers.) If by the time I've got a reply to my mail no-one here has told me of any bad experiences I will transfer my first £50 Ukash voucher (and if it goes well another few) and report my experiences here.
Hopefully everything goes well and if DutchQualityBeans is reading this I don't mean any offense, I'm just very cautious. If everything goes well I'll be sure to let everyone in this thread know that it went well though. :)

please note, exchanging ukash to actually money is quite a difficult process (i know because i do it myself)
and i honestly can't see, unless he is offering product directly from payment, how anyone could offer the service without fee.
either that or just has an abundance of BTC and is feeling very generous =)

i looked at his post actually and i think it is genuine, he has been a member for very long and i think he is probably just trying to convert the coins he has. good luck.

i have used him he is great very fast but dont no if he had charges included as i asked him for an amount of btc an he gave me the price in euro

Yesterday I did an exchange with DQB and that went OK. I am sure he is legit, not only because of his reviews (its probably not his fault that this is not 100%, you know how some people are..) but also his way of communicating, well mannered. For me it is not strange that he asks no fee because for a vendor it is just an easy way to change your BTC into Euro.

I was also interested in his listing for Xchange. I mailed him but got no answer, so i decided to wait til anyone other has tried it first. Seems legit..
...in addition: Its not that difficult for vendors to cash out ukash, you only need a prepaid credit card and you can cash out a limited amount of ukash per day. But normally you need to verify your Identity, and if you not accomplished in faking ID-Cards or provider-bills, and have no middlemans for cashing out at the ATMs, your anonymity isn't safe anymore.

Sorry I didn't reply before. Due to not knowing if anyone else had had any positive experiences transferring Ukash to BTC with DutchQualityBeans I ended up using AmsterdamShop (brilliant transaction, everything went well.) It's interesting to hear that there are some people who have used DutchQualityBeans and everything went well; I'll definitely consider using him in the future especially if there isn't any extra charges.

CLARIFICATION: This new policy also does not affect vendors who use the market as a platform for Bitcoin exchange. They may continue to operate as usual, but again we strongly recommend that you purchase bitcoins through a non-anonymous vendor because the market is not set up to facilitate bitcoin exchange and your money can be stolen without recourse.
There is no reason to quit the exchanges.

I cannot say about UKash, but I have exchanges Paysafecards with him, and not only did the transaction go very smoothly and well, the fee (if any) was extremely low.
Would be a pity to loose you, DQB !!!
