Hey MM, We have no minimum amount of transactions to use the escrow service. In fact, we encourage it. We never ask anyone to FE. Never. Some people do occasionally, if they are old customers and they trust us. Never do we request an early finalisation, and we always extend when there is an issue with delivery. Our customer service is second to none. Many will testify to that. This guy's order is still open. Not finalised at all. Just as the listing is still up. No attempt has been made to resolve the issue with us directly. No DCN has been sent. No pictures have been sent. When we have contacted BMS to demand the DCN, he has only responded, "I want no communication with your pathetic lying despicable ass". Is this the reply of someone who wants to resolve the situation? How can we even begin to resolve it without even confirming via DCN that the package in question is even from Googleyed? We are continually confused as to this guy's actions and responses. His story is all mixed up, and he has made no effort to try and get a reship, or provide us with any evidence whatsoever. It is very strange. As we have said, the only assumption we can make is that it is a very poorly thought out attempt to hurt our rep. Quite frankly, Googleyed is sick and tired of talking about it. The evidence is all there to see in previous posts, and no doubt SR mods will review the case and see that the buyer is a liar. If BMS posts here again, please, all our legitimate customers out there, come to our aid, and tell this douche to go elsewhere. We are all tired of him. Regards, Googleyed
