The reason 'DrTrev' has not come back with any feedback is because he received on the basis i would allow him to pay 50% of his order upfront and the rest when he received but now he is refusing to pay the amount owed due to 'forgetting'
You people really need to start appreciating what us vendors go through and stop throwing around random speculations on our service, it only pisses me off and very soon i will limit the number of people we work with.

Vinyl records has been issued a full refund,
we had him send this product to our lab in EU and it was tested to be another chemical we offer,
sure it is a mistake we made but we will always fix this for our customer if we confirm it is a GENUINE claim, simply the shippers had mixed substance and everything has been fixed with the option available to still order the correct product.
We hold our reputation paramount, and have been doing this a long time before SR even existed,
that being said we will only ever respond to genuine claims and we will always have a way to verify this.
