this is ridiculous, one person says something off some inaccurate scales and this happens..

We have literally hundreds of people having tested this, similarly we have done the appropriate tests in our labs to confirm synthesis, saying that we welcome an independent report,

it's amazing how one comment can spark such speculation.

aren't these readily available on the clear-net?

it's true 328502E was the first to order,
he received 4 samples of different products and everyone's orders were sent out on his say so,
i have lost about 45,000 USD on this mistake as kilos were sent out and it is all on my shoulders,
however this is entirely my fault and i should have made more checks but we heard nothing back and presumed all was fine,
needless to say this has been extremely stressful for us, but no one will be left out, many have been refunded (at great expense to us)
a number of people have also received successfully, and we are now offering 1g samples so you can see the quality of our new supplier,
we will move through this because we value our reputation more than any amount of money and this has just been a small hiccup in the grand scale of our business.
We will have updates for you guys soon, and i am again sorry for the confusion in your orders, i understand your frustrations completely and will do all we can to fix it.

i would appreciate if such comments about packaging could be kept to PM's though.
