i think feedback that is given most recent hold most prominence,
which is why a recent low feedback can dramatically reduce the overall look,

this is because of KPrangers '1' rating, he took it to resolution centre and SR sided with me, as i had done nothing wrong.
Guy is an idiot.. we would have given a refund if he had approached us more civilized instead of making demands and calling us scammers because his item did not arrive..

Do you really think we would make this fuss about 1g???? no.. BUT i will not give in to obnoxious people like KP, who either have not waited enough time for it to arrive, OR have failed to read our ordering policies,

either way, we have hundreds of happy customers and our products have probably reached hundreds of thousands of happy customers through them. I think we'll manage :)
