there is actually advice given to canadian customs, to pay MORE attention to shipments WITH printed labels,

if you think about the majority of the mail, it is not going to have printed labels,

of course it depends country to country, but certainly the impact this particular aspect makes on shipping is extremely minimal

Like I said I stand behind all my communications w/ him. I was never anything but polite, until the last email when I said you must have never sent my product or you would tell me it's in the mail, since his last email to me was "it's shipped, just waiting on DCNs" instead of just giving me a full refund. I don't know much about the resolution center, but I believe you have to show some sort of delivery confirmation if you are refunding a "lost package?" and only want to refund half? Can anyone explain that to me?

Also I have no monetary gain in saying this, but be careful. If his reshippers dicked him over anyone buying anything from him domestically (in the US) needs to be extra careful. I say why risk it and go to Oliver. He WANTS good reviews of his product, he NEEDS them, so you can be sure you get what you pay for with him...


At the end of the day,
