It's frustrating, however waiting for a reply.

There are times I don't follow my own guidelines. I don't give a shit about the outcome, I'm mad. This is wrong to do, but I know nothing good going to happen anyhow.
I think I'd have a hard time holding back if my package was cheetos, and not my favorite <fill in the blank>

Well if a vendor can't prove that he sent it out, it pretty much means he didn't send it out (legalistically), which should entitle buyer to a full refund....right?

Also, why do vendors want issues to be settled out of resolution (i.e. contact vendor before hitting resolve)?

Hi MJO,

It's more a matter of mutual respect and politeness. Generally, when there is some issue, the first thing a buyer will do is message the vendor, and 9 times out of 10, for us anyway, we come to a resolution without ever having to involve SR staff. If you are polite and address the issue appropriately, and of course have a reasonable issue, then vendors want to help you. Most of our business is returning customers, so we try to help them wherever possible, and they are generally thankful. We have a mutual respect with all our regular customers, and it is part of that respect that they would want to give us the chance to fix issues ourselves before taking it to the next level.

Also, SR Staff are very busy, and as a courtesy to them, it is always best to try not to waste their time by bringing it into resolution if that is at all possible.

Proper procedure for a problem with your order is:

#1 Contact the vendor and politely address the issue. They should try to help you immediately.

#2 If the vendor refuses to help, contact SR, and bring the issue to the resolution center

#3 Negotiate with the vendor with SR mediating the situation. SR will try to force a solution.

#4 If all else fails, resort to the forums and share your problem with the community.

This way it is respectful and fair to the vendor, it avoids wasting SR Staff's time, and generally everyone on all sides are more willing to help.

I know this was a long response, but I feel the information should be out there, and it was a good question.

Very true. Our loyal customer base come to our rescue time and time again. But it doesn't seem to stop people trying. It's a very competitive business, and there are a lot of other vendors out there that will go to great lengths to try and steal you customers. They will buy off you, leave a bad rating, flame on the forums, cry scammer, and then go and sell the product we sent them through another vendor account. It's a dirty game. GE tries to keep his hands clean, and so far, our reputation shines through. Long may it do so!

Can anyone comment on the new pakistani #3 heroin?  Would like to hear any reviews come through.  Also, for UK domestic if it is a no show there is no refund even with perfect stats?  Or can this be discussed in the unlikely event? Actually just read this is #4? What colour is it? Suitable for snort/smoke/IV? Would it be possible for a picture?

I've no idea the specifics of Cheeto Boy's order but I was never asked to finalize early, even being international.
Maybe googleyed asks for early finalize on large orders, I'm not sure.

But for nearly everyone making small this guys rant is nothing to worry about as you can stay in escrow, googleyed's requirements for escrow are pretty low I'm sure (5 previous transactions I think)

And in case you are reading this, Cheeto guy. If you really did get scammed and sent a packet of Cheetos, the way you're going about isn't doing you any justice.
There's no need to spam the vendor's review thread, each post isn't more convincing than the last.

Make a new topic in Rumor Mill and explain your experience in detail without letting your emotions do the talking. Explain everything you can clearly in one post. Now after that if your experience sounds even remotely probable, you will spark the interest of others. They'll ask you questions and give opinions.

If you really are honest, the truth will back you up and you might get some attention.
But if you're lying (which I suspect just like googleyed does) then you're story won't hold up to scrutiny and you'll probably get blacklisted by vendors.


What I'd do if I were in your situation and was actually being honest...
I'd message googleyed with that DCN they keep asking for. Then clear up the miscommunication as to why you said he'd removed the listing after you purchased.
Then start a new topic and act respectable. Don't go badmouthing the vendor. Just explain exactly what happened in as best detail. Other people may ask for more detail. Answer their questions. If you are being truthful it will come out, but so will it if you're lying.

We have no minimum amount of transactions to use the escrow service. In fact, we encourage it. We never ask anyone to FE. Never. Some people do occasionally, if they are old customers and they trust us. Never do we request an early finalisation, and we always extend when there is an issue with delivery. Our customer service is second to none. Many will testify to that.

This guy's order is still open. Not finalised at all. Just as the listing is still up.

No attempt has been made to resolve the issue with us directly. No DCN has been sent. No pictures have been sent.

When we have contacted BMS to demand the DCN, he has only responded, "I want no communication with your pathetic lying despicable ass".

Is this the reply of someone who wants to resolve the situation? How can we even begin to resolve it without even confirming via DCN that the package in question is even from Googleyed?

We are continually confused as to this guy's actions and responses. His story is all mixed up, and he has made no effort to try and get a reship, or provide us with any evidence whatsoever. It is very strange.

As we have said, the only assumption we can make is that it is a very poorly thought out attempt to hurt our rep. Quite frankly, Googleyed is sick and tired of talking about it. The evidence is all there to see in previous posts, and no doubt SR mods will review the case and see that the buyer is a liar.

If BMS posts here again, please, all our legitimate customers out there, come to our aid, and tell this douche to go elsewhere. We are all tired of him.

This guy claims he ordered a tracked package, and we sent him CEETOS?? TRACKED?!?!? He also claimed that we deleted the item listing that he ordered from, so that he could not leave bad feedback..

Now GE gets pissed...

Now GE does not normally address customers in this manner. We are very polite and professional. But c'mon.. CHEETOS??!?!?

We already busted him on the deleted listing. And now low and behold, he sends no DCN to prove that a package ever arrived in the first place. This guy is either really fucking dumb, and trying to scam. Or he is a really fucking dumb rival vendor and he is trying to hurt GE's rep. Well, GE don't play that shit..

Please explain:

#1 - Why did you claim the listing had been deleted? CLEARLY, it hasn't.

#2 - Why have you not sent us the DCN for the package you CLAIM contained Cheetos that you CLAIM to have received, in order to confirm that it was even from us?

#3 - WHY would we send CHEETOS?? WHY???

#4 - YOU ARE AN IDIOT! AND YOU ARE FULL OF SHIT.

#5 - If you are gonna take the package we actually sent you, take out the product, and put Cheetos in it, and then think that that is some kind of proof.. You are even more of an idiot.

This is one of the poorest attempts I have seen at flaming a vendor, or trying to get free product, or whatever this guy is trying to do. My take on it is that he is a rival vendor, or being paid by a rival vendor to try and tarnish GE's fine reputation. Should have paid someone with more brains to do the job. Massive fail all round really.

This is not how you handle a problem.

The reason you try to work it out with a vendor is to be civil. Also you may just make an anonymous friend that you can now trust. (I said, might)

If I got a bag of cheetosfor 2k, I'd be pissed, but use some sense.

If GE is selectively scamming, state your piece, and some one will back you up.
Posting BS multiple times turns people off. Nobody cares....

I know for a fact that SR Support has backed buyers in some of these cases. Ge has nicely laid out the procedure you should follow.
Now saying that some scam buyer is going to try and ruin it for everyone.

I have a feeling stats count for something. A vendor doing this, isn't doing it for 2k. He makes that quasi-honestly ;), daily.
Think about it, before you go off half-cocked.
Your next step should be with SR Support. Not making us dislike you. Please don't continue a war in this thread.

Thanks Uniwiz. Some wise words here. Googleyed has said his piece, and made his case. The evidence is pretty clear for all to see and make their own decision. No more time and space should be wasted here. Anyone with any sense of logic can read the previous posts and make up their own mind.
