If you took a ...ye, tho it have been times when i have been prepared and could not handle it, Like the last time when i took heroin to manage it I knew almost all of it by heart and still failed :/ also some times before i knew everything and i could not manage to do it, so i skipped the class that day :/ so i don't think preparation is the thing.Quote from: Evoc on October 01, 2013, 09:52 pmHi feetfloors...I just noticed your post and thought i'd share something which may be beneficial (but more so over time)....ye i could try going to the gym but as you said I FUCKING HATE the way i look, Can't even go to the gym because i feel so insecure and stuff like that, Like if someone laugh i KNOW that they laughed at me :/ I also forgot to mention that I have social phobia :(Quote from: equipose on October 01, 2013, 10:00 pmSnort some MDMA. It makes your mouth go!Also i feel unstoppable when im rolling high doses of this. Picking up ladies is pretty and talking to strangers becomes so easy - Give it a go.Tho I can't roll high in class, my teacher would noticedWell man usually that is where the negative feelings are coming from...The world is unfortunately full of dicks and there will always be those who may laugh at certain people for numerous reasons. But rest assured, alot of the time that is just to put out the impression that they're perfect and have no concerns of there own but they sure do.Don't ever let someone elses opinion bother you. Sometimes it can be hard but people who worry what others think are always gonna be making slow progress in getting on in life...About the way you look. All of us are different in our own very unique ways. Don't ever be stressing yourself about this because more so than not it will only make you feel worse the more you think about it.I used be very over weight before I started gymming and now am that much more fit and have lost it all... Anybody can do it but the key is to keep saying to yourself that you can. Starting off it seems like an impossible task but as the weeks fly by and each week you notice a slight change the more happier you get and in turn more confidence you have. :)Feel free to pm me if you'd like any help man cos it seems you have such similar issues I have been through not long ago and i'd be more than happy to help in any way possible.Peace
