I found out about SR about a year ago, and thought it was cool as shit. Never needed it because I lived in a large urban area and had awesome hookups for everything. Up until this week.
I shoot dope. A lot of dope. This week I found myself in a shitty town, and the 50 bags I had went way too quick. A series of unfortunate events left me nervously looking into the eyes of a rough cold turkey withdrawal. Couldn't find anything locally. Due to a new law in this state, a doctor wouldn't prescribe me suboxone without first referring me for expensive treatment programs. I had a lot of cash, but this place isn't a drug town, where you can just cop in the ghetto. I was well and truly fucked. I started asking strangers for possible connections, with no luck. Then I started to get the yawns and teary eyes. I knew I had to take desperate measures, otherwise I would soon be bedridden and sick. Then I remember SR.
I don't have a computer. So I downloaded Tor on my smart phone. Total stroke of luck that they have that. I found the link and made a new account. Then i started messaging the more established sellers. I had the money, but couldn't wait for an exchanger to turn it into btc. So I was asking sellers to just accept my moneypak straight up, and to mail me my heroin overnight express. Everyone was wary of me, and rightly so. A brand new account, with no trades. I got turned down, but a gentleman took pity on me and decided to take a chance on me. My Hero of the Week, heisenburg.
He accepted my moneypak. It was so fucking nervewracking. I was desperate as shit and knew I just gave a stranger on the internet 300 dollars upfront, after exchanging 3 brief messages. I was nervous, but he assured me I didn't Fuck myself over. I pores over his feedback and read about him on the forums. He looked legit, but what if he just took my money? There was no official SR sale, I sent him the mp# in a pm and hoped for the best. By this time I was already sick as shit. I knew it would only get worse. I kept pming him, bothering him, cause I was so fiended out and nervous. His responses took forever, it seemed like. Then, he told me he would get back to me, but stopped replying. I thought I had gotten fucked. A part of me, the streetsmart guy thought, this dude has your money and you ain't got shit, and he isn't replying. You got fucked, pal. Another part of me knew... This guy has a solid rep. So I kept waiting. I'm staying in a motel, so I told them to call if a package arrived. My phone was not ringing. I felt sicker and sicker, but I still BELIEVED (LOL).
Today, less than 36 hours later, I got a package. It was AWESOME. So discreet, I could've opened it infront of a cop and he wouldn't know what's what. Minutes later, I was watching the red bloom in my works. A few more minutes later, and I felt warm relief washing over me. Thanks H. This guy is super legit, and he came through when no one else would. Please, a round of applause for this guy. He really deserves it

Uhm, Heisenburg did you a solid it sounds like, but he violated the rules against out-of-escrow transactions and you ratted him out.
You might want to do him a favor and delete this thread before one the admins sees it and sanctions the person who did you this solid.

sanctions are possible indeed, as i am aware of the rules. but a sick person is not someone society should shun for economic reasons or really any other. anyways...
to clarify:
i do not take moneypak. his timing just lucked out and someone was available to take it off my hands at the time.
i really don't like to do express, ever.. it's way too high profile for the people getting it from a to b.
i have never ripped anyone off, i ship slow as fucking molasses sometimes but never cold took someones bread or dope (in fact people are sometimes ecstatic when they see it click over to late).
would love if people would start throwing the reviews of quality in the appropriate threads so it moves quicker, price is pretty damn high but at the same time it rocks..
final note: DON'T DO DEALS OUTSIDE OF ESCROW.. glad i could mark one off for the good guys on SR that don't fuck people over like some dipshits, but i don't want to encourage anyone here...

What a great community. My time here has been brief but the H community seems tight and there are quite a few top notch guys selling.
Withdrawal is the absolute worst shit ever so I'm glad it worked out for you.

Big ups for heisenberg. You got lucky on that one. But why couldn't you have protected yourself a little better and just funded a mt gox acct through bitinstant? You just make a cash deposit at a local bank. They have banks in that one horse town, right? It's fast and not too expensive ($5 per $100) and you could have kept it in escrow if you found a seller who would do that with a noob. Plus there are tons of sellers who I would feel totally comfortable finalizing early with. Glad it worked out for you, just my .02!

I hope that in the future you don't have to go through that withdrawal again. Maybe one day you can kick the habit when the fun's all over ;)

I think we can all be sure this is how he would do it, 'next time' - but on a smartphone, fiending for some H, he was just looking for the most direct route, and I think he found it pretty well.

He could do everything I suggested on a smartphone. My point is that he got lucky this time. Any one of those vendors could have been a bag of douche and just scammed him. This is a great story but it could have gone very bad. Sick and broker. More broke. Anyway why not be more careful? Cash bank deposit and in escrow or A1 seller and finalize early. One guy talking.

Doesnt btc buddy offer a bank transfer option for u guys? He wud b able to send u btc fast! And if u can access sr on ur phone (like i always do) then u can surely transfer him some money .
