Why people would want to do that is beyond me...I'm not judging you though.
I guess it would be safe if by "3 days in a row" you mean limited quantities and not overdosing. You should be fine with no more than 150-200 mg a day and enough intervals.

You can as long as you are not mixed other drugs into the experience...certain drugs block pathways for MXE...like MDMA and Opiates. This has been my experiences, experiences may vary.

MXE is great fun if you know how to use it.

I know people that like it better than any other drug, but its also the only drug that makes me feel better than I would normally the next morning.
