Trust me, when i see something like this, they are sent to my shit-list and i usually end up making a post on the forums to let everyone else know...  ;D

He contacted me a few days ago, i reported it to SR and thought that they'd ban him...

I just reported it, maybe if they get enough messages about him theyll do something about it.
