The filehosting platforms are the new hit in the warez scene. They surpassed torrents, like torrents surpassed Emule.
A filehost will let you upload any file you want, and let other people download as long as they care. The service provider
is not responsible for user-uploaded content, and uploaders get paid by the number of downloads, subscription.
To the user, they are better than torrents for several reasons:
1) You usually download at the full speed of your bandwidth, from the beginning. Unlike torrents which takes a bit to gain speed,
and have an inconstant speed.
2) You can find better quality content: HD porn, the nasty shit you usually don't find around (rough stuff, Scat, amateur, ...) or fresher release of warez
3) Diffusion doesn't matter. The most rare file is as fast as the most common.
4) They are online 24/7. No more waiting for sources.

Yes, the accounts will die sooner or later, unless they are lifetime accounts. That's in the nature of the account: you should usually pay around 30$ a month. If no one pays anymore after the expiration, the account dies. But by then you should buy another hacked account.

Who has this problem? Torrents will download much faster than a normal file from the internet.
Unless you have a download manager of some kind.
Hell, my old internet got ~4 times the speed from a torrent. (Stupid admin prioritized conections by time.)
