Title: Add Custom Listing Section

I think it would be a good idea to add a custom listing section. There are listings labeled "For X buyer only" littered across all sections. This will help keep the whole place neater.

No need to take up space (If GreenCo puts a custom listing under Weed, it knocks someone else of the first page)
Lots of custom listing are suspicious or fake, if we put them in one place we can more easily tell the good from the bad.
Keeps the category listings relevant (why see something you can not buy?)
