This has been mentioned in passing elsewhere but
One vendor has a 100 rating and a 2/5 feedback out of 59 transactions.
Another vendor has a 96 with one 4/5 out of 20 transactions (should be +/- 99)
I looked at the math for the overall rating. I like the new system better and think it matches reality more closely then the old one did, but the feedback now makes less sense.
Do we have other examples of feedback or ratings that do not seem right? How can we fix it?
(The above vendors both have excellent overall feedback. They are LexiSadie and swann and I use them only as examples)

Dont they count the cost of the product too? That would make a difference...

Something is not right with this system. I have one 1/5 (no comments, kinda irked) with a total of 23 transactions and all the rest were all 5/5. The 1/5 was from over 6 days ago, and I have had 10 transactions after that 1/5. Also that 1/5 was for one of my cheapest products. When I got it, it knocked me down to 88%, and now I've slowly drifted up to 91%. The only explanation I can come up with is the guy is a serious buyer and has rated a lot of buyers so that one rating has some weight, but still???????

and how does someone with only 2 transactions have a higher rank than me with over 80 transactions?

The feedback system will never be entirely accurate.
