I am aware some users (1%>) are having some issues with depositing or withdrawing their bitcoin, as well as random missing funds which is later re-credited and randomly low account balances. We are aware of the problems and we are looking into it but it is not a high priority issue, funds are not permanently changed or go missing so if this happens please wait a few hours and give the system time to sort itself out as we believe this is the result of expanding our infrastructure and the bitcoin process may be struggling to keep up with all the new deposits and bitcoin activity now that active connections and bitcoin commands have exceeded that of the first market already.

Thankfully I have not had this problem. Must be shitty if you deposit coin to order and then it disappears.

I have mentioned this in another thread, it has happened to me, but literally a page refresh or two later and the balance straightens itself out.  At least so far it has, scary few minutes though, thinking your account has been wiped.

so can you assure me 100% that if my balance shows say £-145 and i transfer in £45 that my balance will show as £45 and not £-100, and then just settle back to £0 later?

I'm not sure that I could honestly assure you with complete confidence that all ten toes I see on my feet actually exist. From the statement in the OP, however, I can convey that your deposits and withdrawals should affect the internally represented balance in your wallet as you would usually expect them to, regardless of what amounts are actually displayed, according to DPR.

Yeah I got one happening right now where I deposited some coins its at 32 confirmations but the sr deposit page says 1 confirmation.

logging out and back in twice fixed it.

Come on, sort this shit out. my balance is -0.9 of where it should be. I have logged in and out several times,  refreshed several times.

I need to deposit coins and make an order but can't when my negative balance will swallow my deposit.

This should be a priority because its been happening to people since shortly after launch.

THIS IS THE ISSUE, AS IT HAS PLAYED OUT FOR ME...SO FAR:


Friday, Jan. 17th, a deposit was made into my account. It
was in the amount of .43 BTC.

Two hours later, the funds showed up in SR wallet, as usual.
This was after I updated balances on my account page.

The first page I loaded, after I had the funds in my wallet,
did not display the correct balance in my account.

I, then, refreshed balances. Nothing. I waited, and attempted
to update the balance, again. Nothing. Tried all the various
techniques described in the thread about deposit issues.
No go. This is a different issue, altogether. Where did that   
deposit go?

My ledger, shows my deposit was credited to my account,
and complete. It displays in green, and does not give the
number of confirmations, once it has arrived. Blockchain shows
the coins moving to my SR wallet, and then to a completely
different address, then to another. Well, you get it...
I understand that there is some tumbling activity before it
hits the account, but after?

I have contacted support, and have not heard a word from them.

I have posted in the forums, and only one mod responded. This
is supposedly a 'bug,' which is affecting less than 1% of
users. No word on a fix. No time frame.

My forum posts (which are not abusive, vulgar, nor explicit)
have all been removed. Why?
