I have received a flood of messages concerning the recent "FBI Notice". I would like to reassure everyone this was a post by a troll and we have not received any real communications from the FBI. I would also wish to remind you this forum at this moment in time is legal, no illegal activities have occurred here. This is the message which was posted:

Your tips will be anonymous, and there is a substantial financial reward that will be given to anyone who's information leads authorities in either the United States or allied foreign countries in the arrest or whereabouts of any co-conspirators, associates, employees, administration, staff relating to the ongoing investigation and prosecution of Ross William Ulbright aka "Dread Pirate Roberts" aka "Silk Road".

thats sad this is more troll then i am..... the FBI would Never sign out as FBI and Fbi.gov Lololol Why did we not get this notice at Project Black Flag LOL oh thats right cause we dont have any trolls......

Several people got paranoid and posted threads/posts about the subject, causing other people to question what the fuck they were talking about. Completely a waste of time, while this thread is not.

Question to DPR:

When you say: "...this forum at this moment in time is legal, no illegal activities have occurred here"

I did not think that the last forum was illegal.

At what point does a 'forum' become illegal?

When it is associated with illegal trade/ activities? Or when people on the forum do illegal things on the forum? 

I can understand a CP forum being illegal if they trade images etc... But we only traded ideas on the last forum... Not illegal things... That was what SR was for right?

Can someone please help me out here?

When you start talking about to commit a crime, inviting  or encourage others to commit a crime i believe this is by US laws a criminal act .. So i don't think u actually have to do i crime,, it's enough to talk about that you WILL .. Or maybe i watch to many movies :) ???

Why would the FBI warn before the crime?
Crime is what gives them a job and feeds their children and justifies soaking up all our tax dollars that would be better spent on hospitals and schools.
