Hello I have been asked by a vendor to read his conditions for FE for my order which has left me confused because for years now I always FE'd i f required once the order has gone past the processing stage to the in transit stage which is the proper way to do it since there used to be a lot of people doing it too soon and then the order would get lost before it was processed by the vendor. For the order in question it has the FE status at N/A which was put in place by the updated system of SR to make sure this could not happen but the vendor has not changed the status of the order to anything yet so the order is still processing and I can't FE. Why would the vendor message me to FE in this instance? is he confused? or have i missed some new changes since my last order approximately three month a go?

I think I may have missed something here myself, are you saying the FE option isn't available to you for an order you have made?

nothing has changed. the N/A is under "auto-finalize". Once the order has been shipped, that will begin counting down until your order automatically finalizes and the funds are released to your vendor.
