I know they must be swamped but it's really stressful when you've got coin stuck in no man's land from a SR to SR wallet transfer and you're trying to get an order in that will arrive before next week.
Haven't heard anything back yet to a support request made 10 hours ago, before noticing now I'll probably have to wait another 38 hours. Damn.
