Did they change their URL, it was working fine yesterday. I've changed my identity at least 8 times now, and I've been having this issue for at least 1 1/2 hours now.
-
Yeah same issue here. Site maintenance?
-
Same issue- I'm assuming site matience as well- i was all giddy to make some purchases ::) hopefully itll be up soon
-
I'm getting blank screel too. I hope there hasn't been a hack breech.

shit, i haven''t thought about that possibility.
-
Lol no need to get paranoid yet. Every site goes down every now and then.
EDIT: back up for me now
-
I really hope its just site maintenance. I don't get a blank screen anymore, the page is just not loading atall! anybody?
Was just about to make a purchase.
-
Here is something that works for now: silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/user/2a5f3e84d1
-
I got the same thing but when I opened a link to a vendor page from their sig line in the forums, it worked and took me to the sign in prompt.
-
so I guessing maybe it's not a good idea to make a purchase/ deposit bitcoins right now??
Since vendors too are getting a blank screen.
-
Just noticed this. Odd. Why is the other link working? :o
-
hope this is just a glitch
-
SR works on my mobile if you have the droid app. But not on the computer
-
If you go to http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/home, the login screen loads fine. If you just type the root--http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion--it goes blank.
I wouldn't worry about anything risky, security-wise. I've already exchanged a message with one of my favorite vendors, so business can still go on.
-
Using http://zw3crggtadila2sg.onion/downornot/ I get:
Is http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/ up?
Yes (but with 500 error)
Does someone know what that means?

+1 to the issue.
And sorry mate, I dont trust "back-routes"
I appreciate it, but I know to much to ever go any route but the one well traveled.
I pass by too many fishers ;)
Thanks Everyone, update as you get it!
-
I am just guessing, but in fear it is a pfishing scam (Collects your login info for a mirror of SR, then the scammer has your info)
It may be a legit back door, but I would not used a random link to use my log in credentials.
Again, it is an educated guess. I mean no disrespect
-
I would agree not to use any other link unless posted by admin in the forum....
-
like others said NEVER use a link that is not provided by forum admins. we need to be patient! better that than stolen passwords...

This worked fine for me. I really don't think Wazup7 is trying to Phish as it is a genuine SR link and works fine.
-
you guys can always just click on a vendor's little globe under his avatar this will link to you their profile which inturn will give you access to the log in screen.
-
Thanks god this is not a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) ;D
-
i can get the login screen, but the CAPTCHA isn't working, only 3 numbers come up (no letters). i tried entering the numbers w/o letters but login fails. anyone else experiencing this?

Yep, the 3 letter CAPTCHA just started happening in the last 10 minutes.

back in business THANK YOU MIYAGI
-
http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/home is working.
The home page under http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/index.html or whatever just redirects.
For whatever reason it is not. So if you use http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/home it is still going to SR.
-
back in business THANK YOU MIYAGI
Hey I take no credit!
I'm just happy to have access; as I assume everyone else does...
Happy travels...

Nice! this actually works, thanks. How'd you figure that out? ???
-
Another thanks! to miyagi69 :-)
-
This is getting annoying. It was working fine just like an hour ago but now I'm getting the blank screen again and none of the solutions mentioned works. Da fuckk
-
Using a vendor's link from the forum works like a charm.
My bookmark for the login page continues to be blank.
-
Could we please get a moderator to comment.

That doesn't work for me either.
I'm not even getting a blank page, I'm getting an error page......?
-
Still blank for me. Not risking it. I'll wait til the bookmark works or a mod posts a working link
-
Administrator/Moderator - if I put:
http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/home
in the address bar, it brings me to what appears to be the SR login page. Am I risking exposure of my information to a pfishing/keylogging process?

It's the same domain, that 's clear, so how can it be a phishing site?

Hey gang, this was completely my mistake. An update I deployed broke the main page, but I never actually visit the main page because I have everything I access bookmarked, so I didn't notice the problem until I saw this thread. Fixing it now. Sorry for the stress.

Thanks heaps for the update DPR +1 for putting our minds at ease 8)

He / she is testing parameter passing and is out-putting an id from the db to the screen.... eg something like this will be at the top of the php script *** echo $_GET['page_id']; *** I am a developer and do the same when something goes wrong and I don't know what ID's are being passed, so I echo it to the screen / browser so I see it and can look up what id that is being passed when logged in the database server locally, this is so one dosent have to judge what id is being passed by the data being returned, as this can sometimes be misleading
I bet my bottom dollar this is exactly what is happening here, so don't worry about any scams or phishing stuff, this is standard development practice :)
